I admire the arts and enjoy museums where art can be admired. For example, Belgium’s Royal Museums of Art and History are know for their outstanding ukiyo-e collections. Ukiyo-e is a genre of Japanese art; pictures of the floating world. “The Great Wave off Kanagawa” is an example of ukiyo-e style. This piece and my mini wave titled “Bantam” are love letters to the ukiyo-e style.
